We display a "starting at" price because most practices fall within that range. If your clinic has multiple locations or high usage, we'll work with you to create a custom plan that fits your needs and actual usage—we don't believe in one-size-fits-all pricing.
Not at this time. Each service is priced individually so you only pay for what you actually need. This keeps things flexible and cost-effective whether you're using one service or the full DashQuill suite.
Yes. All accounts come with full support included at no additional cost. Whether it's setup, training, or troubleshooting—we're here to help whenever you need us.
There is a one-time $200 setup fee, which covers onboarding, phone number hosting or porting, team training, and future support. Some plans may include message or fax quotas—if you exceed those, overage fees may apply, but the limits are high enough that most clinics never hit them.
We do use a standard agreement to outline terms, but billing is strictly month-to-month. There's no long-term commitment—you can cancel at any time if DashQuill isn't the right fit.
