DashQuill offers online healthcare technology services to medical providers. Users must accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The service prohibits anyone under 13 from registering. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and acknowledge these Terms are legally binding.

Security

Users must maintain secure credentials and represent their information is accurate. The agreement explicitly prohibits viruses, worms, trojans, SQL injections, or MongoDB injections and unauthorized data extraction. Prohibited activities include bot access, scraping, reverse engineering, or sharing the service without written approval.

Electronic Communications

Providers may use texting and email services through the platform, provided usage complies with their policies and local law. Clear opt-out guidance is provided for all communications.

Liability

DashQuill disclaims liability for losses arising from service use or unavailability. The company is not liable for unauthorized access damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid for the service.

Indemnity

Users agree to defend and indemnify DashQuill against claims related to their service use, agreement violations, third-party rights violations, or legal violations.

Disclaimers

Services are provided "as-is" without warranties. Service interruptions may occur without compensation. Data accuracy depends on source reliability. DashQuill reserves the right to modify or discontinue services without notice.

Disputes & Resolution

Jurisdiction is Seattle, Washington. Parties must attempt mediation before litigation, with costs split equally.

Text Messaging Terms

Users opting into SMS receive messages at varying frequencies. Standard rates apply. Users can reply "STOP" to unsubscribe or "HELP" for assistance.

Changes to Terms

DashQuill may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
