DashQuill (DashQuill Technologies LLC) is a medical software company based in Seattle, Washington. Since launching in 2019, our mission has been to make patient intake as simple, intuitive, and pain free as possible. We understand the frustrations that come with copying and pasting information, switching between tabs, and training staff to use multiple tools. That's why we built DashQuill Forms—an application designed to send, collect, and import patient forms with just a few clicks.
We take pride in having assisted dozens of offices in streamlining their workflows. Through our platform, tens of thousands of patient submissions have been successfully processed.
